Tour Cancellations by Customers
- 7 Days Before Tour Date: Full refund available.
- 3–6 Days Before Tour Date: 50% refund of the booking amount.
- Less Than 72 Hours Before Tour Date: No refund will be issued.
Tour Cancellations by Us
If a tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, safety, or operational issues), you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of booking (Payoneer or PayPal).
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
- Booking fees or transaction fees charged by Payoneer or PayPal are non-refundable.
- Special discounted or promotional tour bookings may not qualify for refunds (this will be clearly stated at the time of booking).
Changes & Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your tour instead of canceling, please contact us at least 72 hours before your tour date. We will do our best to accommodate your request without extra charges.
